1 Introductory terms
1.1 In consideration of making this website available to you free of charge, you agree that by accessing and using this website ("the Site") at www.completecreditmanagement.com, either directly or via a hyperlink, you will be bound by the terms and conditions ("the Conditions") that appear below.
1.2 In the following statements 'We' 'Us' and 'Our' refer to Complete Credit Management Limited (“CCML”) (as applicable).
1.3 The content of this website is controlled by CCML on its own behalf.
1.4 CCML is a limited Company registered in England and Wales, registration number 04690658. CCML’s registered office address is 2308 Coventry Road, Sheldon, Birmingham B26 3JZ.
1.5 We do not currently use cookies on this Site. But We reserve the right to use Cookies on the Site and, if We do, We will advise you of Our intention to do so by amending these Terms and Conditions.

2 General terms
2.1 These Conditions are governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
2.2 This Site is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in a country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local laws or regulations or would create obligations on Us which exceed those imposed on Us by English law.
2.3 Nothing in the Conditions shall affect your statutory rights under English law.
2.4 The Site is provided to you in order to give you access to its content and for you to make use of the facilities provided by the Site for their various purposes. You may download or print copies of the content of this Site for the purposes for which access to the Site is granted and for no other purposes unless you have Our written permission.

3.1 For the avoidance of doubt, the copyright, trade marks, domain names and other intellectual property rights (Intellectual Property Rights) in all material and information on the Site ("the Content") belongs to Us or (if it has been licensed to Us) to the licensor. All rights are reserved.
3.2 The copyright in this Site is owned or licensed to Us. Reproduction is limited to downloading to a local hard disk for your personal use (or printing for your personal use). The content of this website may not be copied or otherwise incorporated into or stored in any other website, electronic retrieval system or in any other publicly available form without Our prior written consent.

It is solely your responsibility to virus check any software loaded from this Site and to check that it is compatible with your computer. We can accept no responsibility for any damage caused to you or to any third parties by any material that you download from this Site.

4.10 Our aggregate liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of this Site shall not exceed a total of £50,000.

5 Security Management
5.1 This section (section 5 in its entirety) is only applicable if you are permitted access to those parts of this Site which are only accessible via the use of a secure access mechanism. Such a secure access mechanism may be a combination of user identifier and password or any other mechanism which is intended to provide a unique form of identification of an individual or organisation (the "Password").
5.2 By accessing part or parts of this Site by means of your Password, you accept full responsibility for any activity at using your Password. You agree to ensure that there are adequate security arrangements to protect your Password from use which is not authorised by you.

5.6 We reserve the right to terminate your account and withdraw your password and user name immediately if, at any time, we have reason to believe that you are in breach of these Conditions.
5.7 If you wish to terminate the use of your Password, then please e-mail Us at info@completecreditmanagement.com and we will remove the relevant records from our database as soon as is practicable.
5.8 Termination notices will be deemed to have been served one hour after transmission by e-mail and 3 working days after despatch by post.
5.9 You are responsible for notifying Us of any change to your e-mail address, and, where provided to Us, your postal address. If We have terminated the agreement between us, and you would like to know the reasons for the termination, please contact Us at info@completecreditmanagement.com.
5.10 Unless otherwise stated, information transmitted through this Site is not encrypted and could be intercepted by third parties or electronically delivered to parties other than the addressee. Any such information is sent at your own risk and you should therefore consider its sensitivity before sending it.
5.11 We are committed to protecting your privacy and ask that you read Our Data Protection and Privacy Policy before providing us with any of your personal details. Notwithstanding paragraph 5.2 above, where we ask you to provide personal data to Us, We will take steps to protect any information you provide while it is in transit to Us. 1.1 In the following statements 'We' 'Us' and 'Our' refer to Complete Credit Management Limited (“CCML”).
1.2 We are committed to protecting your privacy and We therefore ask that you read this Policy before providing Us with any Personal Information.

2 Introduction
2.1 The Data Protection Act 1998 (the "Act") came into force on 1st March 2000. It contains safeguards to ensure that organisations handle personal information fairly and lawfully, and gives individuals important rights to access data held about themselves, and to have such data amended if found to be inaccurate.
2.2 In order to operate successfully, We collect and use personal information about groups of people with whom We have had or may have dealings, including employees, suppliers and clients/customers. In addition, We may occasionally be required by law to collect and use certain types of information to comply with the requirements of Government departments.
2.3 We are required to notify the Information Commissioner of the types of personal data We process, including the purposes for the processing and to whom the data may be disclosed.
2.4 The lawful and correct treatment of personal information is very important to Us in order for Us to maintain the confidence of those with whom We deal.

3 Our Use of Personal Information
3.1 We and other organisations which assist us in providing services to you will use information about you ('Personal Information') to provide and enhance Our services to you and for purposes ancillary to this.
3.2 If you need to provide Us with sensitive Personal Information (for example health information), you consent to Our processing of this information where necessary, for the purposes described above.
3.3 We may need to search the files of credit reference agencies who will record the search. We may share information about the way in which you conduct your account with other credit providers and credit reference agencies.
3.4 We may share the information We hold about you with other reputable organisations.
3.5 We or they may contact you by mail, telephone, e-mail, fax or other electronic means with offers of goods and services or other information which may be of interest to you. By providing Us with details such as a fax number which enable Us to contact you in these ways, you consent to being contacted in that manner for these purposes.
3.6 If you would prefer Us not to use your Personal Information for the purposes set out at paragraphs 3.4 and 3.5 above, please tick the appropriate box provided when your Personal Information is given to Us. Remember that if you do We will not be able to notify you of special offers and promotions or provide you with other information which may be of interest to you.

4 When might We Disclose your Personal Information to Others?
4.1 We will not disclose your Personal Information to third parties not referred to above except in circumstances which are permitted by law, such as the following:
(a) Where We are required to do so by courts of law or to comply with other legal obligations including accounting and taxation requirements
(b) To detect and/or prevent crime
(c) For credit reference purposes

5 When might We transfer your Personal Information Abroad?
5.1 For the purposes described above, We may sometimes need to transfer your Personal Information to other countries. Unless you inform Us to the contrary by contacting Us at the above address, your consent to the use of your Personal Information in terms of this Privacy Policy will also be taken as consent to transfer your Personal Information abroad.
5.2 If We do perform such transfers We will ensure that the requirements of the Act in relation to foreign transfers are complied with.

6 Monitoring
6.1 Please note that if you communicate with Us electronically, including by e-mail, telephone or fax, this communication may be randomly monitored or recorded to protect the interests of Our business and Our customers. This includes for the purposes of maintaining high quality standards, crime detection and/or prevention and to ensure that Our employees comply with legal obligations and Our policies and procedures (including customer relations practices).

7.1 We may provide hyperlinks from this web site ("the Site") to web sites of other organisations. Please note that different Terms & Conditions and privacy policies will apply to other web sites.

8.1 We may on occasion obtain Personal Information from external sources such as credit reference agencies and other organisations with which We are associated or with which We conduct business.

9 Requests for access to Personal Information
9.1 We are happy, on request from you, to provide details of your Personal Information, including Personal Information which We have obtained from external sources. We may charge a small administration fee in relation to any requests for access to Personal Information. If you wish to request access to personal information, please write to the data protection adviser whose address you will find at the end of this privacy policy.

10 Information Updates
10.1 Please help us to keep your Personal Information current and accurate by contacting us at the address given at the end of this privacy policy if you notice that your Personal Information is inaccurate and/or out-of-date.

11.1 As you may be aware, no data transmission over the internet can ever be entirely secure. As a result, while We will use reasonable endeavours to protect your Personal Information, We cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information and the use of the Site (including any e-mail facilities) is at your own risk.
